See this bug report at English Wiktionary: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Feedback#Wiktionary:Frequency_lists_WHY_ARE_.3Chttp:.2F.2Fen.wiktionary.org.2Fwiki.2FWiktionary:Frequency_lists.2FPG.2F2006.2F04.2F1-10000.3E_etc_BLANK_PAGES.3F.3F I pulled down the page with Perl's LWP HEAD utility and it returned a 500 Internal Server Error. Please investigate.
I've seen something like this on en.wiktionary before - though I can't remember exactly where, it was another long page. If I recall correctly (and I may well not) last time it let me edit the previous version in the page's history, and having saved that the page was "fixed" again. I certainly managed to get it to work somehow.
