In "My Preferences" -> "Watchlist", there is a text field labeled "Maximum number of changes to show in expanded watchlist" If there is no value in this field when the form is saved, zero is used and no changes will appear on the watchlist. This is confusing and dismaying behaviour for possibly accidental user input. A good solution would be to set a minimum value of 1 for the field.
