I semi-protected a flagged article (http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jean_de_Sponde&diff=prev&oldid=45973111) for a second and it got automatically flagged (http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3ALogbuch&type=review&user=Complex&page=Jean+de+Sponde&year=&month=-1) although I do not have flagging rights.
On http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Gruppenrechte , Sysops are listed as having access to "Configure how the stable version is selected and displayed." That may be why it's being marked.
This isn't allowed on SVN r34632. Still, some people want any revert or null edit to a sighted revision to be sighted, at least if the templates match.
