Created attachment 4895 [details] Adds an upper limit to the block expiry time Sysops who enter excessively long expiry times without breaks cause the log entry to not make new lines, resulting in having to scroll right to view the whole entry.
I discovered this on Uncyclopedia, and the horizontal scroll is a real problem. Block expiry seems to have no limit, block reason however, has a 200 character limit.
So, you're saying we shouldn't use binary in block reasons? Honestly now, that's crazy talk.
The bug report is about primarily about reducing the length of block reasons to 200 characters. What is actually used in the reason is up to the respective community.
Fixed in r36980.
