Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Howard Cheng 2008-05-09 19:18:18 UTC
When viewing old revisions in an article history, the templates that are transcluded show their current revision, and as such the article does not really appear as it did at that point in time, which is kind of useless for citations (for example). Instead, the template display should be the last revision before the article revision. For example, if the article revision was from 1 January 2008 0:00 (UTC), the transcluded templates should show the last revision before then, NOT the current revision.
