If a template ([[:de:Vorlage:NurListe]]) was changed, logged in users see the old template content for about 1 minute.
And this despite "Disable page caching" is checked in [[Special:Preferences]]!
If *not* being logged in the template part shown in an article is immediately the current one (at &stable=0) after template change. If being logged in for 1 minute or so, the former template content remains, does not matter if no URL parameter is given, if ?stable=0 or &stable=0. After one minute or on action=purge it is shown correct.
If a template ([[:de:Vorlage:NurListe]]) was changed, logged in users see the
old template content *in articles* for about 1 minute.

Yes, only for marked ones. If not yet marked at all, "Current revision (unreviewed)" is shown; is suitable.
Argh, wrong bug in mind; forget #3! Will test...
Marked *and* not-yet-marked ones!
Old content: O
New content: N
Changing being logged in O>N
Shown in article: O
Shown in article: N
Shown in article: O
This time in took 2-3 minutes til N was shown.
Tested with [[:de:Vorlage:NurListe]], [[:de:Paradoxon]] and [[:de:Kempten_(Allgäu)]]
I'm guessing this is jobqueue lag.
This effect sometimes also happens for the mw-revisiontag box; occured in [[:de:Murinsel]].
Same cause, or just similar in consequence?
At [[:de:Hilfe_Diskussion:Gesichtete_und_geprüfte_Versionen#Komisches_Sichtverhalten]] User:Bradypus mentioned that he edited an article and did sight it right after (directly). This resulted in sighting not the latest revision, but the one before last (made by a bot). Article had not yet been marked at all, before.
Same reason, or new report no. necessary?
This kind of cache effect also applies for action=history (even if "Disable page caching" is checked).
Happened to me for history of [[:de:36 v. Chr.]] minutes ago!
