Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Melancholie 2008-05-06 21:04:37 UTC
The magic word is ignored if article got flagged!

See :de:Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia#Defaultsort_und_gesichtete_Versionen
Comment 1 Aaron Schulz 2008-05-07 03:03:10 UTC
So it the problem that it doesn't work, or that the stable category parameters (like DEFAULTSORT) don't override the draft ones?
Comment 2 Melancholie 2008-05-07 03:20:56 UTC
It seems to just *not work*! The values of DEFAULTSORT were not changed.
Comment 3 Melancholie 2008-05-07 14:30:01 UTC
In :de:Wikipedia:Fragen_zur_Wikipedia#Defaultsort they say:

1. in the flagged :de:Hans Hugo von Kleist-Retzow there was added a DEFAULTSORT, does not work though
2. with :de:Fjodor Andrejewitsch Sergejew it was found out, that this bug only happens if the already has been in the article source! If you add a (with defaultsort) to the source text, the sorting order in that another category will be like the author wishes it to be!

So, DEFAULTSORT bug only affects the yet used in article categories.
