Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.
This static website is read-only and for historical purposes. It is not possible to log in and except for displaying bug reports and their history, links might be broken. See T15997, the corresponding Phabricator task for complete and up-to-date bug report information.

Unique users seem to be able of flagging one and the same (already flagged) revision more than once.

If there is a "mark-it" link shown that does not want to disappear I do not know as bug 13968 and/or bug 13969 is not fixed yet ;-)

Question: Should other users be allowed/needed to mark the very same revisionid too (like it is now)?
