The link "letzte unmarkierte Seite" ("latest unmarked page" => "page" should be "revision"!?) in the quality/reviewed box has a } at its end!

That means, that the link doesn't work!

BTW: Not at http://en.labs.wikimedia.org/ - what is different there? To what extent is the configuration different there?

Looks like a local typo. Probably by someone editing a MW: page.
