I use my own css-file and it's been working as it should, but this week the
front page of fi.wikipedia.org changed somehow, I took screen captures of what I
mean:

The pictures first.png and second.png. The bug doesn't appear on other wikipedia
sites (commons, en.wikipedia, fi.wikiquote) where the exact same css-file is in use.

Check the edit history of the main page for changes in the HTML. There might be some
error in the page source, e.g. closing a <div> or <table> that hasn't been
opened before.
