The title says it all! If you have {{template1}} <ref>{{template2}}</ref> in a page, only template1 is listed at the bottom of the preview page.
This is because the template doesn't actually get used until the <references/> tag comes along. If that's in a separate section, and you're only previewing the one section, it's not going to get listed.
What about the cases where both <ref> and <references/> are being previewed? Shouldn't it get listed then?
