Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I was browsing recent changes for vandalism today on en.wikipedia when I encountered a diff that looked like simple infobox vandalism, but when I reverted it using rollback I discovered that I had removed a paragraph. For some reason, the diff is showing something completely different from what the edit actually was; he had added a paragraph and the diff shows him breaking the infobox. I checked it in three different browsers not logged in and logged in, and it shows up the same. Incidentally, the diff shows up correctly both in pop-ups and in WikiEd's enhanced diff view.
