Currently, new flags are logged in the Review log. Since lower level flags from sightings will quickly flood the log for most articles and users, it will be difficult to find quality flags in the log. This will make it very difficult to see who flagged an article as quality or otherwise to see what a particular reviewer did with his review rights, making social control of reviewers difficult. I see one easy solution to this, namely to make one log for sighting and one log for reviewing. This has the drawback that a combined log is actually interesting in some cases. So, it would be very nice to use one log for both flags, thus also keeping the number of logs smaller, but add another pulldown menu to select only sightings, only quality or both.
