I am using DISPLAYTITLE on the www.wikimedia.ch sites.
Since, maybe 1 or 2 months, DISPLAYTITLE doesn't work.

The first line of Germans Main Page looks like that:

  {{DISPLAYTITLE:Hauptseite}}{{Lang}} (*)

but rendered, it looks like that:

  Main Page/de

(*) it's a language bar, like in e.g. Wikimedia Commons.

{{DISPLAYTITLE:}} doesn't display titles which are different after normalization than the regular title.
