return m_unit in getServiceLinkParams() 

There are lots of opportunities to use service links for numeric values: currency conversion, unit converters, scientific dimension normalization, etc.  But currently SMW_DV_Number->getServiceLinkParams() doesn't pass unit, so you can't do these.

The two-line fix to SMW_DV_Number.php is attached.
