Per the voting on the Bosnian Wikipedia (cf. URL) I hereby request the addition of the following usergroups: patroller, autopatrolled and rollbacker ("Grupa korisnika sa dugmetom [vrati na prethodnu ver.]" section in the voting page). I also request that upload for non-autoconfirmed users be disabled (i.e newbies shouldn't be able to use Special:Upload) ("Zabrana slanja slika novim korisnicima"). Only bureaucrats should be allowed to grant the patroller, autopatrolled, rollbacker roles to users. Thanks in advance.

Does it make sense to have three groups for this? I mean, if you trust someone to patrol edits, why shouldn't he have the rollback button? Or why wouldn't you trust his edits?

The following groups have been added to bswiki: 'bswiki' => array( 'patroller' => array( 'patrol' => true ), 'autopatrolled' => array( 'autopatrol' => true ), 'rollbacker' => array( 'rollback' => true ), ), Also, the Bureaucrats are the only ones able to assign or unassign these groups.
