The SiteMatrix currently lists a "tlh" wiki, but no such wiki currently exists. The wiki is being shown as a "wikimedia.org" subdomain.

"tlh" is not a valid language and will NEVER be listed as a wiki language. The interwiki prefix for it have already been removed and it has been removed from the language list on the servers. Until it is closed down completely it will remain as a subdomain, not a language.

Sorry I read this wrong, reopening.

The "tlh" wiki is listed as a subdomain of wikimedia.org which does not exist. The actual "tlh" subdomain of wikipedia.org which does exist isn't listed at all.
