We use a lot of <fieldset>s in forms in MediaWiki. Under the MSIE 8 developer beta, <legend> text is incorrectly placed inside the fieldset box instead of the customary location embedded in the top border.

This seems like an issue that will need to be filed upstream with Microsoft.

This seems to be resolved as of IE8rc1 on XP.
