It was changed to be:

[http://download.wikimedia.org/arwiki تحميل ويكيبيديا العربية]

I noticed this using Firefox 2. IE 7 does not have this problem. Also note that this happens on an RTL wiki (arwiki).

This appears to be fixed in Firefox 3 (tested 3.0 beta 4 on Mac OS X 10.5.2 and Windows Vista SP 1).
