Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Purodha Blissenbach 2008-03-13 21:31:11 UTC
Special:MovePage should be listed in Special:Specialpages
so as to ease finding it from other places than the page you
want to move, or rename.

Entering Special:MovePage from Special:Specialpages, or
generally without having an existing page selected,
should simply ask for a page name to be moved, and then
proceed as usual.

Why would you want to do that? it would make page move vandalism easier.
Comment 2 AlexSm 2008-03-14 14:34:32 UTC
FYI: according to my reworked
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Special_page
the following special pages are "not listed":
Movepage
Captcha
Confirmemail
Log out
CreateAccount
Mypage
Mytalk
Comment 3 Brion Vibber 2008-03-14 17:15:15 UTC
The move page form is task-oriented, and designed to be reached directly from the tab on a page. The others above are also task-oriented, to be reached directly from their tasks, and are not general query pages.

Resolving this as WONTFIX.
