After oversighting a revision, it shows up in the recent changes and if the username is set not to show, it shows (username removed) as the user who made the edit and has a link to their contributions, but it should just show (username removed) and have no link to it, since it would linking to somebody else's contibutions not the user who's edit was oversighted.

Do you mean revisiondelete? The Oversight extension removes the whole RC row all together.

This will be dealt with soon, as revisiondelete updates are merged into trunk. For now, what is there is not for production use.
