one can see the following history (times are UTC+1):

Two revisions at 18:19 and 18:23 has been attributed to
"Speciale:Contributions", which of course isn't a registered user.

It seems the reason is that the stored username of that author is empty, so that the link
to this author's contributions looks like Special:Contributions?target= which probably
renders wrongly on the page history. You can see the empty name on the respective diff page.

This should only have occurred during a brief time yesterday because of a configuration error.  The problem is now 
fixed (although the blank usernames will still appear in the history).  Please reopen if it's still happening.
