Hello:

There seems to be a problem with regards to uploading an image and it doesn't show up on the image summary. However, if you click on it, you will still see the full size image. (See http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Help_desk#Broken_image)

Never mind, it is back to normal now.
