If a certain page is categorized only under hidden categories, the page footer (which displays categories) still appears although it shouldn't.

Example to illustrate:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Site_support

This page is categorized under [[Category:Permanently protected]] which is hidden. The page footer still appears.

http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Meno25/Uncategorized_page

This page is uncategorized. No footer is displayed which is the correct behavior.

Please fix this. Thanks.
