Currently, no new wikis will be created until GFDL 1.3 is released.

hi, I'm the one of the initiators of gan wikipedia. The right sitename and namespaces should be: *the Sitename of Gan Wikipedia shall be "維基百科" *the Project namespace shall be "Wikipedia" *and the project talk namespace shall be "Wikipedia‐talk". the project talk namespace "Wikipedia‐談詑" should not be used because this project will use the chinese characters transform system like the chinese wikipedia. translated namespace will cause some problem. and please enable the chinese characters transform system when you creat the gan wikipedia offical site. \ Looking forward to visit gan.wikipedia.org as soon as possible. because the test site of gan wikipedia holding over 1000 articles! Thank you!
When can the project creates?
They will be created when they are created (when GFDL 1.3 is released) -- there is no need to spam several peoples e-mail boxes and this bug tracker with non-constructive comments such as this.

These wikis have been created. Please note that $wgMetaNamespaceTalk does not usually need to be set, since it can usually be generated by adding a prefix or suffix to $wgMetaNamespace. The prefix or suffix should be set in Messages*.php. Since all of the $wgMetaNamespaceTalk requests here seem to fit that pattern, I have not set any of them.
