Hi,
I come from the Tamil Wikipedia (http://ta.wikipedia.org). In the community there is a consensus that the Namespace Wikipedia should be translated as விக்கிப்பீடியா and Wikipedia Talk should be translated as விக்கிப்பீடியா பேச்சு. In a previous bug it other name spaces are translated except for the Wikipedia and corresponding Talk namespace.
Please be kind enough to commit this to the Mediawiki.

Done.

Some pages could not be renamed automatically to the new namespace name. Those were renamed to have a suffix "--DUPLICATE". Please fix them manually.

Sorry to have to reopen this bug. In the recent namespace changes, there's an error. Instead of "விக்கிப்பீடியா பேச்சு" for "Wikipedia talk" namespace, it has been erroneously made "விக்கிப்பீடியா பேச்ச" dropping the last byte making it a wrong Tamil character.I understand the difficulty for someone who doesn't read a script to copy paste correctly. I'm putting the correct replacement to be made below:

Wikipedia talk = விக்கிப்பீடியா பேச்சு

    'tawiki'		=> 'விக்கிப்பீடியா_பேச்சு',
