The bottom line is, the SAME photo footer loads differently on different pages. On top of that, the same footer loads differently depending on whether I am signed into my Wikipedia account or not.  In other words, the look is different between pages when NOT signed in, and different again when I AM signed in.

The cache entry seems to be gone now. This was probably not a bug, but it's hard to tell with the cache entry gone.
