Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Dave 2008-02-28 22:01:16 UTC
The complete description with some screen grabs of what happens can be found here:

The bottom line is, the SAME photo footer loads differently on different pages. On top of that, the same footer loads differently depending on whether I am signed into my Wikipedia account or not. In other words, the look is different between pages when NOT signed in, and different again when I AM signed in.

Please check the link given for details.

The cache entry seems to be gone now. This was probably not a bug, but it's hard to tell with the cache entry gone.
