The name of Category:Hidden categories is translated according to the user interface setting, however, http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kategorie:Hidden_categories is empty, while http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategorie:Versteckte_Kategorien has some categories. Moreover, the german translation should be „Versteckte Kategorie“, since we are using singular category names on de-wp. Maybe a MediaWiki page containing the name of this category would be useful.

Maybe it would, and maybe it already is MediaWiki:Hidden-category-category

Fixed with r31293. Now uses content language.
