The interwiki link for the Tatar Wikipedia should be changed to:
Татарча / Tatarça

This is because in Tatarstan and all other parts of Russia a Cyrillic alphabet is used to write Tatar. A Latin alphabet-based system is using too, but less common.
In the Tatar wikipedia both scripts are allowed. There are pages in Latin and there are other pages in Cyrillic (for example, tt:Сембер, tt:Монгол теле, tt:Әбәдә).
