End of lines appear in place of commented text when doing substitution in new parser/preprocessor. See http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Please_link_images/lang (template with comments) and http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:AJRG (substitution of this template).
Increasing the priority, because it can really harm the look of many templates and pages.
Two comments on the same line are no longer considered to be line-eating comments. This is already listed at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MNPP under "expected differences".
Changing all WONTFIX high priority bugs to lowest priority (no mail should be generated since I turned it off for this.)
