Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description MZMcBride 2008-02-22 06:16:36 UTC
If a category uses __HIDDENCAT__ (and thus, the categories aren't visible from the article), it would be nice to make them link-able in some way. The most logical way to me would be to list them below the transcluded templates at the bottom of the edit page.

I'm thinking of something else: Hidden categories shouldn't be listed when the article is viewed, but they should be shown below an edit preview. This is a raw idea, though; perhaps a second thought should be given.
