It has been reported on the Czech Wikipedia ([[cs:Image:Vadné interwiki v rc.JPG]]) that the dsb: interwiki prefix is _sometimes_ not recognized as an interlanguage link, and is displayed as an internal redlink instead. I have been able to reproduce the problem, and the faulty response has been served from srv60 both times. So I guess there might be some unsynced interwiki table there, or something.
I've re-synced all servers. Please reopen this ticket if the problem is still there.
Spotted few minutes ago again, served from srv60 again, thus reopening.
Did a full "maintenance/dumpInterwiki.php -o cache/interwiki.cdb" plus sync-common-all, DB is current now. Works for me now.

srv60 has a current copy of cache/interwiki.cdb at present, so presumably shouldn't be a problem on new renderings.
Some user has reported spotting of this error about minute ago to me again.
Can you report EXACTLY what was seen and what connects it to a particular server?

Ok, I think I tracked this bastard down finally. :) srv60 has a current copy of the interwiki cache file, *but it's missing the PHP extension necessary to read it*. Probably has an outdated PHP config, I'll recompile it fresh.
Looks much happier after PHP update. Yay!
