can't upload files.

The upload directory (public) is not writable by the webserver."

Changing the title to better reflect the subject of the bug. You know, internal wiki does exist and is not equivalent to the English Wikipedia workgroup project and whatnot.

renamed private/wg_enwiki to private/wg-en. Should work now.
