Current behavior:

The special page [[Special:Gadgets]] is displayed in the list of special pages [[Special:Specialpages]] in every Wikimedia wiki.

Desired behavior:

The special page [[Special:Gadgets]] should be displayed in the list of special pages [[Special:Specialpages]] only in Wikimedia wikis that have Extension:Gadgets installed.

It does not make sense to have the special page if the extension is not installed. Thanks.

The Gadgets extension is installed on every Wikimedia wiki.
