When creating a new user talk page (action=edit on non-existent user talk page of a valid user), the mediawiki sidebar no longer appears immediately below the sitelogo, but is displaced vertically and starts immediately after the editing instructions.

Carrying out a dummy edit restores the sidebar to its proper place during viewing and editing.

This bug prevents TW from leaving warnings on the talk pages of new users.

The problem might be related to following, that is created by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Newarticletext:
