In the Arabic (ar) Wikipedia, the upload form used in the English Wikipedia (found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload ) has been translated into Arabic. Developers help is needed to make MediaWiki recognize additional languages for the form to work properly in arwiki. Nice.. I'm not sure why links comments shown in English at uploading pages that use (ar-internet, ar-nonfree, ar-withpermission or ar-ownwork), if this can be in Arabic this will be very useful.
