Hi. In MessagesDe.php, the message of the E-mail address confirmation refers to "Wikipedia", not to {{SITENAME}} (see 'confirmemail_body'). This is very confusing for people who think they created an account in some Wiki, but get an Email that tells them they created an account at Wikipedia.

Please replace "Wikipedia" by {{SITENAME}}.
