The pages: "Special:Makesysop" (http://nds-nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:Beheerdersrechen) and "Special:Makebot" (http://nds-nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:Botrechen) etc. don't seem to work. The namespaces have been changed a while ago to "Speciaal:Beheerdersrechen" and "Speciaal:Botrechen", if I enter the username and press the "OK button", it connects to "Speciaal:Makesysop&action=submit" and says this page doesn't exist (the same for bot rights). 

Because of this no one on the nds-wiki can grant sysop rights or bot rights. Can someone please do something about this? Thanks in advance.

Fixed with r30336. Special page names for extensions cannot (yet) be localized.

Besides, you should be using [[Special:Userrights]].
