Description Charles Melbye 2008-01-22 00:10:34 UTC
I'm experimenting with making a wiki farm for hosting wikis, but it gets tiresome to try to manage all the databases' Interwiki tables. The $wgSharedDB and $wgSharedDBUserTable variables work great, and I'm wondering, would it be possible to make an $wgSharedDBInterwikiTable configuration setting also? I think it would be a great asset to people running wiki farms.

PS: If this is, for whatever reason, not possible, could someone direct me to a good way for sharing an interwiki table?

This was fixed with the introduction of $wgSharedTables. Closing.
