I am trying to grant permissions to users on wiki2 with the Special:Userrights page on wiki1. Wiki1 has the $wgLocalDatabases set to ('wiki2'), and Wiki2 has the $wgSharedDB set to 'wiki1'. However, the Special:Userrights cannot find the 'wiki2' users I want to grant permissions to (since they're in the SharedDB).

I fixed this by adding $wgSharedDB='wiki1' to the config for wiki1.
