Hello can you create a namespace:yemek on wikibook turkish.
1) Are you sure that the namespace should be in lower case? 2) What's the name of the talk namespace? 3) Please provide a link to a community discussion about this request.

Namespace names can only start with a lower case letter if the wiki uses case sensitive links ($wgCapitalLinks = false ). This is not the case for tr.wikibooks.org. Please reopen after clarifying this issue.

The namespace is "Yemek" and its talk page is "Yemek tartışma". Thanks.
