When accessing the above URL with a logged in account, an empty (when viewing source) white page is all that is returned.  This looks to have begun a few minutes ago.

I saw this happen, but it seems to work again now.

It looks like a fatal error or such is getting stuck into the squid caches.

With recent changes made to disable submission cache-control headers, this means there's basically no way to recover aside from using an alternate URL or getting it purged manually from the backend. Nice.
