After installing the TemplateLink extension in LocalSettings.php, I've the critical message : 

Fatal error: Call to a member function getDBKey() on a non-object in /var/www/admin/extensions/TemplateLink/TemplateLink.setup.php on line 49

Try updating the extension from SVN again -- the localization loaders were changed today, which would have included that bit of code.
