Please, install TitleBlacklist extension. It seems to work fine now. I've recently added caching so I don't think there are any major performance issues.
P.S. Does extension installation request need community consesnus?

No, this is not a duplicate. This is a bug, fixed on 31.12 (or 01.01).

This was disabled due to performance issues. When possible, it would be nice to have it re-enabled.
