We would like to have (a new) custom namespace Dodatak
(as is on spanish wiki Anexo, on en wiktionary Appendix).

Suppose somebody need to run some script/SQL query to add it to the db, so keyword is shell?

Can you please tell me the name of the talk namespace for namespace Dodatak?

Name of talk namespace would be:
Razgovor o dodatku

(Most of other namespaces on hr wiki is formed as "Razgovor o".$NAMESPACE
and here is that formulation also ok.
