There is a consensus among Russian Wikipedia editors (see the bug's URL, sections 1 and 2), that there should be three namespace aliases added:

Участница               for 2nd namespace (Участник)
Обсуждение участницы    for 3rd namespace (Обсуждение участника)
ВП                      for 4th namespace (Википедия)

If there are any conflicts in the last case, migrating pages can be harmlessly deleted, because all pages starting with 'ВП:' are currently redirects to corresponding 4th namespace pages.
