patch for maintenance/findhooks.php

At this time, maintenance/findhooks.php only serach hooks in the includes directory but hooks are also defined in other directories. This script says that some hooks are documented but they don't exist, wich is not correct as they are called from files in other directories.
The script outputs now "Looks good!" is all seems to be fine.
