Could a shell-access developer please install the Gadgets extension on the English Wikipedia (http://mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Gadgets)? It is already used on some other language versions of Wikipedia. Consensus is established at <http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28proposals%29&oldid=175545746#Adding_user_scripts_to_Special:Preferences>; there is one technical concern raised, but it should be addressed if/when bug 12064 is fixed (I'll leave it up to devs to decide if that bug blocks this one or not).
