Hi!

At this moment in time there is no procedure known to me to change the preference parameters at the Alemanic Wiktionary.

If you use the url
http://als.wiktionary.org/wiki/Special:Preferences
it will translate to
http://als.wiktionary.org/wiki/Spezial:Einstellungen?uselang=de

If you try to save your changes you will get an error message:

  Di Spezialsyte gibts nit
  Us Wiktionary
  Hops zue: Navigation, Suech

  Diese Spezialseite wird von der MediaWiki-Software nicht unterstützt

  Zrügg zur Syte Wiktionary:Houptsyte

It does not help if you try
http://als.wiktionary.org/wiki/Special:Preferences?uselang=en

This leads to the same result.

note: This problem is specific to the Alemanic Wiktionary. The other Alemanic projects are not affected.
