I think it would be useful to include a link to Special:Userrights for each username listed on Special:Listusers. 

Something like [[Special:Userrights/Jlerner]], which means SpecialUserrights.php would have to be updated to support a URL like that.

I notice there is a to-do in SpecialUserrights.php:

"This code is disgusting and needs a total rewrite"

I'd be happy to do this if someone would point me in the right direction.

The toolbox could use links, too, on user pages.  Given the (needless) preponderance of stuff like Makesysop, it might be good to have hooks so those can plug themselves in too.
